Business and Digital Support Placement (12.5 months) (Aerospace)

Location: Broughton, North Wales, United Kingdom. On-site placement with hybrid working options available depending on the role.

What you will do

• Contribute to long-term strategy, new technology introduction, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and deliver projects across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and Continuous Improvement.
• Develop Data Studio dashboards for critical business KPIs and informed decision-making.
• Learn and use SAP systems to support operational efficiency and data management.
• Support Wing Jig Recertification, Wing Metrology Measurements, and aircraft machining activities.
• Work with plant teams and stakeholders while developing presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate for the full 12.5-month placement.
• Studying Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent subject.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, computer, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn hirify.global ways of working, Lean principles, and operational systems.
• Subject to BPSS screening; UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control may also be required depending on the role.
