Location: Stafford, United Kingdom; onsite five days a week

Salary: £26,000; share scheme, pension, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

hirify.global manufactures construction and mining equipment, engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. The Stafford facility belongs to the Large Power Systems Division and designs and manufactures engines.

What you will do

• Support facility supply activities and help supply chain and quality departments improve supplier performance.
• Support product supply and new product introduction programmes.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance for engine component suppliers across multiple facilities.
• Develop data analytics to support optimized product costs.
• Manage supplier accounts or contribute to NPI programmes while collaborating with global procurement teams.
• Engage with and visit UK suppliers.

Requirements

• Must be in the penultimate year of study, or enrolled in an integrated master’s programme, to complete the 12-month placement starting in July 2027.
• On track to achieve at least a 2:2 degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work collaboratively.
• Availability to work onsite in Stafford five days a week.

Hiring process
