Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Sr. CTM)

Location: Onsite in Brisbane, California, United States; ability to travel as required for the program, approximately 25%

What you will do

• Own operational strategy across multiple clinical trials and/or a full geographic region.
• Shape protocol strategy and provide senior input on study design and data collection.
• Lead vendor and CRO selection strategy, contract negotiation, and strategic relationship management.
• Manage program-level budget forecasting and identify financial risks across the portfolio.
• Lead audit readiness and serve as the escalation point for vendor, site, and inspection issues.
• Mentor CTMs and CTAs, represent Clinical Operations at program level, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biological sciences and 8–10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience managing global trials or multi-region clinical programs.
• Deep working knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines.
• Strategic experience leading vendor and CRO relationships.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior CTMs and CTAs.
• Strong organizational, influencing, executive presence, and independent decision-making skills.
