Specialist Product Enablement Ops Lead

Location: Malaga, Spain; hybrid work model with up to 20 days per year of fully remote work from other locations.

What you will do

• Coordinate planning for short-term and long-term Product Enablement initiatives to support team KPIs and priorities.
• Support the Head of Product Enablement and leadership team with regular reporting for VBG P&S, ELT, and ExCo.
• Identify and drive improvements in reporting, collaboration, planning, communications, and investment monitoring.
• Coordinate Product Enablement Leadership Team meetings, team sessions, and wider functional meetings.
• Work with stakeholders across P&S, Markets, and relevant hirify.global Business functions to manage priorities, actions, and dependencies.

• Consultative approach to building plans that support growth.
• Collaborative stakeholder management skills across the business.
• Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
• Ability to develop and present ExCo- and SLT-level content and messaging.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with exemplary attention to detail.
• Ability to present ideas in a compelling way.
