What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex client challenges.
• Synthesize insights and guide analytical work using proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and consulting methodologies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and deliver data-driven narratives and strategic visions.
• Orchestrate end-to-end program delivery, balancing hands-on guidance with team autonomy while managing quality, scope, and timelines.
• Mentor team members and foster continuous learning, inclusion, and feedback.
• Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in top-tier companies or consulting firms.
• Prior or current consulting experience is required.
• At least 2 years of project management and leadership experience, including the ability to manage multiple demands.
• Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
