Project Leader / Principal, Insurance, Spain

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering end-to-end transformations across claims, pricing, and underwriting functions.
• Drive transformation programs across strategy consulting, data science, data engineering, and solution architecture teams.
• Deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions for insurance transformation projects.
• Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams on international client engagements.
• Contribute to BCG’s global insurance transformation initiative and specialist squad.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs in line with BCG travel standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims, or underwriting.
• Previous consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies, or insurance consulting firms is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for solving complex business challenges.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
