Head of UX (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the UX vision and roadmap across product domains, balancing sprint needs with longer-term product direction.
• Advocate for user experience with product managers and stakeholders across R&D and go-to-market.
• Define how AI tools and AI-native workflows are used in the UX practice.
• Lead end-to-end design for key product areas, from user research and wireframes through prototypes and final specifications.
• Set design standards and foster a culture of quality, growth, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX or product design experience.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS and a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving.
• Strong end-to-end UX skills from discovery through delivery.
• Experience mentoring or managing design teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Figma, modern design tools, and AI tools used in design workflows.
• High proficiency in English.
