Senior Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global provides a direct-to-consumer commerce platform that helps app publishers sell digital goods directly to users while controlling the payment and commerce experience.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end user experience of B2B dashboards and merchant-facing products, from information architecture through final UI.
• Lead UX research, user-journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Define navigation, interaction patterns, mental models, and workflows for complex systems-heavy products.
• Partner with product and engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship solutions for multi-step, data-heavy workflows.
• Apply AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and production work.
• Build and evolve reusable components within the product design system and present design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including work on dashboards, admin panels, or B2B/SaaS products.
• Strong UX fundamentals, including research, user-journey mapping, interaction design, and final UI execution.
• Experience simplifying complex, systems-heavy products such as payments or e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on professional experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
• Working knowledge of design systems and a portfolio showing both research processes and shipped UI.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, checkout, or e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or mobile publishing.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from the ground up.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
