Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Caesarea, Israel, with two days per week working from home

Build an AI video security platform that helps organizations improve safety, strengthen security, and respond faster.

What you will do

• Turn high-level product requests into clearly defined problems and design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished web and mobile interfaces.
• Simplify complex workflows involving cameras, locations, filters, onboarding, and connected platform features.
• Gather product and customer insights from Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Present design recommendations, explain trade-offs, and constructively challenge assumptions when usability can be improved.
• Test and refine designs through feedback, usability testing, and product insights.
• Collaborate with engineers through handoff and implementation while contributing to the design system and maintaining consistency.

Requirements

• Approximately five years of product or UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• A portfolio that explains the problem, personal contribution, considered options, and design rationale.
• Strong foundations in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components and interactive prototypes.
• Interest in technical products and interconnected systems.
• Clear communication, constructive collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to manage tasks and surface blockers.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B software, dashboards, or other complex applications.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on shipped products.
• Familiarity with user research, usability testing, design systems, or front-end implementation constraints.
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
• Exposure to security technology, video, analytics, or computer vision.

Hiring process

• 30-minute conversation with Talent, followed by a 45-minute conversation with Design and Product peers.
• Approximately three-hour take-home assignment.
• 45-minute panel review with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership, followed by a 30-minute HR conversation.
