Senior DevOps Site Reliability Engineer (AWS)

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with up to two work-from-home days per week after training, based on position eligibility

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for multiple software products.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPCs, and IAM.
• Automate deployments across AWS and on-premises Windows IIS and Linux environments.
• Partner with development teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, and performance.
• Track infrastructure work and project delivery through Azure DevOps.
• Lead automation initiatives, support incident response and root cause analysis, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, and deployments across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience managing Windows Server and IIS, including configuration, application pools, and deployment automation.
• Solid Linux system administration knowledge and proficiency with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, configuration management, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web Deploy, MSDeploy, or PowerShell DSC for IIS automation.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Familiarity with Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, or other monitoring and observability tools.
