TL;DR

Location: Flexible work format is mentioned, with required overlap with European business hours while working morning to early afternoon in local LATAM time, until approximately 2 PM BRT / 12 PM COT.

What you will do
- Own the quality strategy for the FLE project across multiple products.
- Build and maintain automated tests with Playwright and TypeScript across multiple automation frameworks.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution, including API testing and SQL-based test data validation.
- Plan and execute regression testing ahead of releases and lead root cause analysis for significant defect trends.
- Standardize QA processes across projects and provide technical leadership and mentoring to Junior and Mid-level QA engineers.
- Design AI agents and AI-based solutions to improve QA workflows, participate in Agile ceremonies, and communicate testing progress and risks.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as an Automation QA Engineer or AQA Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with API testing, SQL, multiple automation frameworks, and regression testing strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and QA estimation skills in Agile teams.
- Flexibility to overlap with European business hours while working from local LATAM time.

- Experience with root cause analysis and defect trend analysis.
