What you will do

• Identify, assess, measure, manage, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across ING.
• Analyze security events, incidents, threats, and malware, and conduct forensic investigations after breaches.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies aligned with external regulations.
• Assess cyber risks and control effectiveness, and monitor remediation plans, risk acceptances, and control implementation.
• Monitor threat intelligence, evaluate its impact on ING’s risk posture, and challenge Key Risk Indicators.
• Advise management and first-line teams on cyber risk exposure, mitigation strategies, incident response, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree in Mathematics or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in cyber risk management, ideally within an IT Security or CISO team.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, attack methods, and techniques.
• Expertise in data centers, infrastructure, cryptography, cloud, platforms, and business applications.
• Strong skills in Security Detection & Response, Vulnerability Management, data centers, and networks.
• Solid expertise in Identity and Access Management, IT Resilience, and regulations such as DORA, EBA, and MARisk.
