SOAR Cyber Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Perform change management, application monitoring, and application deployment for Cyber Defense Center platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation playbooks on SOAR platforms such as Swimlane using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Build playbooks from SIEM and connected-system use cases and alerts to address evolving attacker tactics and methods.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Improve existing security technologies by reviewing use cases, alerts, correlations, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of DevSecOps experience.
• At least 3 years of programming experience with languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• At least 5 years of IT delivery experience, including at least 3 years focused on IT security.
• Experience working in a DevOps team and understanding of SecOps, indicators of compromise, forensic engineering, compliance, mitigation, and advanced-threat detection.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integrations, security best practices, and attacker tactics.
• Hands-on experience developing and updating SOAR playbooks; proficiency in English is mandatory.
