Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer (Optical Photonics): Maintaining and improving manufacturing processes for optical and photonic products with an accent on process stability, production quality, yield, and cost optimization. Focus on troubleshooting process and equipment issues, implementing root-cause corrective actions, qualifying new processes, and supporting mass-production ramp-up.
Location: Thailand, Navanakorn – Pathum Thani; onsite work in office, engineering laboratory, cleanroom, and manufacturing-floor environments

What you will do
- Monitor manufacturing-process performance using SPC and analytical tools, maintaining process stability against production, quality, and cost targets.
- Provide technical support to production operators and technicians and troubleshoot process, yield, quality, material, and equipment issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using production data and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop, validate, and implement process improvements that increase yield and quality while reducing defects, cycle time, and manufacturing costs.
- Support new product introduction, process transfers, qualification, validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up.
- Create and maintain process specifications, work instructions, control plans, Engineering Change Orders, and audit documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or sustaining engineering.
- Knowledge of SPC, root-cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, DOE, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Strong troubleshooting, data-analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Good command of English communication.
- Ability to work in manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, and production-floor environments; PPE and cleanroom garments may be required.

- Experience in optical, photonic, electronics, semiconductor, or other high-technology manufacturing.
