Location: Amphoe Si Maha Phot, Prachin Buri, Thailand; secondary location: BangPa-In Building 3. Onsite manufacturing environment.

What you will do
- Lead contamination prevention initiatives to improve product cleanliness, manufacturing yield, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop contamination control strategies, engineering standards, monitoring programs, specifications, and best practices for products, processes, equipment, and cleanrooms.
- Drive real-time particle and environmental monitoring by reducing false alarms and contamination events and applying predictive monitoring using sensors, airflow data, and analytics.
- Lead investigations into yield loss, customer complaints, reliability failures, and manufacturing excursions using 8D, FMEA, DOE, SPC, Fishbone, and statistical analysis.
- Identify contamination sources, implement CAPA, optimize cleanroom performance, and deploy advanced cleaning, filtration, automation, and analytical technologies.
- Analyze manufacturing trends, prepare technical recommendations and strategic roadmaps, and mentor engineers and technicians while collaborating with global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Typically 5–10 years of experience in contamination control, cleanroom engineering, semiconductor, HDD, electronics, precision manufacturing, or related industries.
- Experience leading complex technical investigations and contamination improvement projects.
- Knowledge of contamination control engineering, cleanliness verification, root cause analysis, SPC, DOE, Minitab, failure analysis, reliability engineering, risk assessment, FMEA, and yield improvement.
- Strong people leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
