Training & Implementation Specialist - Midlands (MedTech)

Location: Midlands, UK; hybrid. Travel up to 60% is required for in-person office implementation and local trade shows.

hirify.global is a MedTech scale-up providing an AI-powered remote monitoring platform for orthodontic practices.

What you will do

• Onboard new orthodontic customers and create workflows tailored to each practice.
• Train clinicians and dental teams to use the hirify.global platform and solutions.
• Support existing customers in maximizing the value of the AI technology and dashboard.
• Build customer relationships that encourage continued product adoption and advocacy.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to deliver effective onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry or orthodontics, or an equivalent degree.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based sales, training, and implementation.
• High level of IT and computer science knowledge with a strong interest in new technologies.
• Strong partnership-building, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence clients, challenge existing ways of working, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Advanced spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Clinical experience.
