Channel Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and deliver partner enablement sessions, workshops, webinars, onboarding, certification programs, and PoC evaluations.
• Provide technical training and support to reseller and MSP partners to enable partner-led sales, implementation, and customer success.
• Create demo guides, technical pitch decks, discovery guides, battlecards, implementation guides, MSP playbooks, FAQs, and self-service training content.
• Build demo environments and technical playbooks from the ground up.
• Identify partner knowledge gaps and technical challenges, then develop resources to address them.
• Collaborate with Channel, Sales Engineering, Enablement, and Marketing to align partner programs with product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Hands-on enterprise IT experience, including identity management with Entra ID or Okta, SSO/SAML configuration, domain whitelisting, and customer-facing integrations.
• Experience in AI-driven cybersecurity and SaaS companies, working with resellers and MSPs.
• Experience with Okta or Azure AD, M365 or Google Workspace, and API-based integrations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and communicate collaboratively.
• Bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguity while taking initiative.
