What you will do
- Drive strategic projects across clinical operations, including process improvement, resource planning, and scaling new care models.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and operational opportunities.
- Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for clinical operations.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Commercial, Clinical, and operational leadership teams.
- Design and implement processes that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Support business cases, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, generalist operations, or a similar analytical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives.
- Comfort working through ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools.
