Location: Remote, with preferable locations in Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest, Romania

is a young startup building commerce and financial technology infrastructure for the construction materials industry.
What you will do
- Build high-performance microservices and APIs for production systems.
- Design and develop scalable, low-latency distributed systems.
- Work with modern cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Build products iteratively and adapt systems to customer feedback.
- Develop well-architected code that can be understood, refactored, evolved, and maintained.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of production experience with Go, Java, Scala, or C++.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and their practical applications.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and data serialization protocols such as protobuf.
- Experience with stream processing technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Professional experience with Go.
- Experience with GraphQL.
