Treasury Specialist

Location: Onsite in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Develop and implement a P2P process in NetSuite, including purchase orders, invoice matching, bank remittances, bank reconciliation, and accounting classification.
• Manage actual and forecasted cash flow and maintain visibility into liquidity needs.
• Execute and oversee payments, cash movements, banking transactions, investments, redemptions, and cash allocations.
• Perform bank and financial reconciliations and support the monthly financial close.
• Prepare cash flow projections, financial analyses, reports, and dashboards for business decisions.
• Improve, automate, and standardize treasury processes while strengthening internal controls and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate treasury, financial operations, or corporate finance.
• Experience with cash flow management, financial investments, bank reconciliations, and banking relationships.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or Power BI.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange and financial mathematics.
• Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Intermediate English.
