AI Automation & Workflow Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, global; conditions mention Chisinau, Moldova. Availability during client business hours is required for time zone overlap.

Salary: $12–13 per hour.

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end automation workflows with n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Connect CRMs, databases, communication tools, and custom platforms through REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and API keys.
• Build AI agents with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or similar LLM APIs, including memory, decision trees, tool use, and context management.
• Implement AI features for lead qualification, content generation, support, reporting, RAG, and persistent memory.
• Write Python or JavaScript code, deploy lightweight agents with cloud functions, and monitor production systems with logging, alerts, and uptime checks.
• Create SOPs and technical documentation and train client teams to maintain the delivered systems.

Requirements

• Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI systems.
• Independent coding and debugging skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, LLM APIs, and at least one of n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Advanced AI fluency and experience building production systems rather than only prompting AI tools.
• Strong written English and availability during client business hours for required time zone overlap.

Nice to have

• GoHighLevel experience at the API or workflow level.
• RAG, vector database, or persistent memory experience.
• A GitHub portfolio or production AI agent or automation demo.
• Client-facing, agency, embedded, fitness tech, SaaS, or service business operations experience.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar cloud infrastructure.
