What you will do

  • Maintain data warehouses and develop ETL processes.
  • Develop new data-processing procedures and maintain or refactor existing ones.
  • Plan and coordinate backup and disaster recovery setups.
  • Create physical and logical data models for large, complex datasets.
  • Analyze and tune the performance of data-processing procedures.
  • Provide requirements and specifications analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience maintaining data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and refactoring data-processing procedures.
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and create physical and logical data models.
  • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, requirements, and specifications analysis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with databases deployed on Amazon AWS, including Amazon RDS.
  • Experience with a programming language such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
