IT Data Solutions Developer (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote from approved US states only; international work is not permitted. Preferred remote locations include Illinois, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Georgia. No relocation, visa sponsorship, or visa transfer is available. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary: $41.10–$61.65 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze, develop, enhance, and support analytical and operational data solutions and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into validated data models, integrations, reports, and other data solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and provide production support for ETL, ELT, API, database, and reporting solutions.
• Lead technical design, documentation, change management, and multiple medium- to large-scale projects.
• Administer data solutions, participate in upgrades, provide training, and support on-call activities.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with operational and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare or a comparable setting involving reporting, data, or analytics development.
• Experience with SQL, database design, data modeling, complex queries, BI, ETL/ELT, and data integration tools.
• Experience with EHR, ERP, revenue cycle, healthcare, clinical, financial, or operational data and reporting.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, document solutions, and work with minimal supervision.
• Must work from an approved US state; work from the listed excluded states or internationally is not permitted.

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Objects, Epic Slicer Dicer, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Fabric/Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, SSIS, ADF, Informatica, or DataStage.
• Relevant Epic Cogito/reporting or Workday reporting certification.
• Advanced certifications in specialized areas of responsibility.
