Cardiology Patient Navigator

Location: Remote · Global; conditions: Mexico City, Mexico. Must work consistently during US business hours in Central Time (CT).

Salary: USD 5–7 per hour.

Healthcare care-coordination work supporting a US-based cardiology team and its patient care operations.

What you will do

• Manage patient scheduling, reminders, follow-up workflows, and telephonic outreach.
• Support cardiology care pathways, including CHF management protocols.
• Track testing schedules, appointments, and remote patient monitoring workflows.
• Coordinate continuity of care across a caseload of 150+ patients.
• Escalate clinical concerns to providers within scope without diagnosing or prescribing.
• Maintain clinical documentation and support billing and insurance coordination.

Requirements

• Clinical healthcare background as a CNA, MA, RN, or equivalent credential.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical office settings.
• Experience with care coordination or care management, preferably in telephonic or remote settings.
• B2+ English proficiency, assessed during screening.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and strong patient-centered communication skills.
• Availability for US business hours in Central Time (CT).

Nice to have

• Experience in cardiology, med-surg, ICU, cardiac step-down, CCU, home health, or telemedicine.
• Exposure to remote patient monitoring, CCM, utilization review, medical billing, or prior authorization.
• Experience working as a contractor or in startup or evolving environments.
