What you will do

  • Receive customer, vendor, and equipment parts, inspect their condition, and complete initial Quality Gate 1 assessments.
  • Maintain stock locations, service orders, inventory records, and issue documentation in SAP.
  • Identify and report non-conforming parts, update QG1 records, and coordinate corrective actions with support teams.
  • Prepare components, packaging, delivery documentation, and airworthiness certificates for shipment and Quality Gate 3 completion.
  • Manage customer-owned and company shipping-container inventory, including repairs, reconditioning, rentals, and purchase requests.
  • Support technical-record maintenance and continuous-improvement projects involving QG1 and QG3 processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a mechanical or machining environment.
  • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance management concepts, including TBO, service life limits, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Ability to operate an overhead crane and use basic computer systems, including SAP-related workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and documents and work independently under general supervision.

  • Experience with dynamic components.
  • Knowledge of tools used in aircraft repair applications.
