Vice President, FP&A (Gaming)

Location: New York, NY, USA, based in the Union Square office; periodic travel to key hubs and events, up to approximately 25%. Relocation support is available.

Gross base salary: $273,000–$341,300 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance and trends, providing actionable insights to improve profitability and growth.
• Partner with executive leadership, product development, marketing, and operations on strategic decisions and business cases.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team while driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within technology, software, or gaming.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and complex financial data analysis.
• AI-first automation mindset with interest in using BI and automation tools such as Looker, Claude for Excel, and Office Connect.
• Proficiency with financial software; experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, and Looker is advantageous.
• Professional English communication is required; work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
