Senior Java Developer

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, Poland; three days per week from the office

Salary: 900–1,400 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Contribute as a key member of an Agile development team.
• Design, develop, and deliver robust, clean, and well-tested Java solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to address regulatory requirements and define technical solutions.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines across development and deployment environments.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including negative test scenarios.
• Integrate and consume data from external API services while contributing to engineering communities and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Oracle Database, and Kafka.
• Experience developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating API services and understanding application testing principles and test design.
• Fluent English communication skills and availability for hybrid work in Poland are required.

Nice to have

• Linux administration and Bash scripting skills.
• Knowledge of public/private key encryption, key generation, and certificate management.
• Understanding of SSL/TLS protocols and security concepts.
