Senior Data Analyst (Databricks)

Location: Remote within Poland; Warsaw, Poland listed as the job location.

What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams on a data management project.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Document business needs and data requirements in a structured way.
• Support work involving data quality, governance, lineage, lifecycle management, data integration, ETL/ELT, and data modelling.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, governance, lineage, and lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modelling.
• English at minimum B2 level with fluent spoken and written communication.
• Own sole proprietorship or self-employed status required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Understanding of cloud-based data solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
