Senior Software Engineer (React/.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Omaha, Nebraska, or remote within the United States

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to translate their needs into technical solutions from design through delivery.
• Develop clean, maintainable software with strong performance and reliability as the platform scales.
• Evaluate proposed solutions against real customer problems and advocate for effective technical approaches.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and strengthen engineering practices.
• Identify and drive improvements that make the platform more robust over time.
• Communicate technical concepts and contribute to planning, retrospectives, and agile delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience building production software and owning problems from discovery through delivery.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably with platform scaling and reliability challenges.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and C#/.NET.
• Fluency with AI-assisted engineering and modern software design practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum, plus a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing and mentoring.
