TL;DR
Product Director (Fiat/Payments) (Fintech): Owning global fiat and payments products, including banking integrations, payment rails, on/off ramps, local payment methods, payouts, and card funding flows, with an accent on strategy, partner integrations, and scalable infrastructure. Focus on expanding across payment ecosystems, managing multiple jurisdictions and external providers, and improving conversion, payment success rates, transaction costs, and operational efficiency.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; fully remote

What you will do
- Own the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Fiat & Payments domain.
- Lead development of bank integrations, payment methods, on/off ramps, payouts, and card funding flows.
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, banks, payment processors, and fintech infrastructure providers.
- Drive expansion into new markets and payment ecosystems.
- Define and track conversion, payment success, transaction cost, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Mentor Product Managers while remaining hands-on with execution and product decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Significant experience in fiat, payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of bank transfers, cards, payouts, and alternative payment methods.
- Experience delivering complex products with multiple external partners and integrations.
- Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, and UPI.
Nice to have
- Experience with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience designing scalable system architecture.
- People management experience.
