Gross annual base salary: Zone A $244,500–$317,800 USD; Zone B $217,500–$282,700 USD; Zone C $192,600–$250,300 USD.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade backend services and distributed systems for large-scale online model inference.
• Drive the technical direction of an inference platform focused on low latency and high throughput.
• Partner with ML engineers to scale online serving infrastructure as model complexity and inference volume grow.
• Improve production reliability, scalability, and efficiency through monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Manage GCP cloud infrastructure and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.
• Implement backend development, testing, deployment, DevOps, and SRE best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale.
• Expertise in Golang for high-performance, low-latency backend infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, microservice architectures, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience in ad tech, recommender systems, real-time personalization, or other performance-critical domains.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML inference servers such as NVIDIA Triton Inference Server.
• Familiarity with auction mechanics or ad-tech bidding systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning platforms, workflows, and serving infrastructure.
