Senior .NET Developer (Energy)

Location: 100% remote or flexible hybrid from Gdańsk, Kraków, or Warszawa, Poland

Salary: 1,200–1,500 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Develop and improve software supporting tailored heating and cooling solutions.
• Build cloud-native platforms for intelligent heating and hot water management.
• Design and develop event-driven services and distributed microservices.
• Work on scalable analytics, asynchronous messaging, and real-time operational insights.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and platform engineers on user-facing applications and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and basic Azure Cloud knowledge.
• Practical Python and strong PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging systems.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional engineering team.

Nice to have

• Experience with migration and platform transformation projects.
• React and TypeScript skills.
• Python experience in data engineering, analytics, ETL, and data processing.
• Kafka and modern data platform ecosystem experience.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures.
