Power BI Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800–1,000 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using MS SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, high-quality, and user-friendly.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL, DAX, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data preparation, transformations, and table relationships.
• Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, data optimization, reporting, and data visualization.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
