Senior Maintenance Technician (Broadcast Technology)

Location: Bracknell HQ, Berkshire, United Kingdom; onsite role

NEP UK supports live sporting, entertainment and broadcast productions with professional broadcast technology, outside broadcast trucks, flypacks and production systems.

What you will do

• Coordinate equipment through fault identification, maintenance, repair, testing and return to service.
• Maintain asset records, serial-number changes, disposals, maintenance histories and compliance documentation.
• Manage manufacturer support cases, RMAs, external repairs, specialist shipments, couriers and international export documentation.
• Plan maintenance workloads around OB truck, tender and flypack movements and support preventative maintenance activities.
• Raise purchase orders, source parts and consumables, process goods received and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Support PAT testing records, EICR certification for OB trucks, audits, status reporting and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in technical maintenance, engineering, broadcast or a similar operational environment.
• Experience coordinating equipment repairs, logistics and external manufacturers, suppliers or repair partners.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of asset management and maintenance workflows, with confidence maintaining accurate technical records.
• Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.

Nice to have

• Broadcast industry experience or knowledge of broadcast technology.
• Experience with EasyJob, Proactis, international shipping and customs documentation, PAT testing or preventative maintenance programmes.
