Expert Data Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,300 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize data workflows using Snowpark and DBT.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Monitor and support monthly data processing jobs to maintain reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Improve data architecture, processing efficiency, and scalable data warehouse solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with DBT.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and architecture.
• Experience designing and optimizing data processing workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and test automation.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking domain.
• Knowledge of credit risk processes.
