Senior Project/Account Manager (AV/Broadcast)

What you will do

• Oversee multiple AV and broadcast integration projects from concept through handover and support.
• Direct complex, high-value projects, managing schedules, budgets, procurement, coordination, and client communication.
• Provide senior guidance to Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, supporting workload distribution, performance tracking, resourcing, and professional development.
• Manage contractual obligations, risk assessments, change orders, commercial negotiations, reporting, and account-growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in AV, broadcast, or technology integration.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing multiple teams across different phases and geographic locations.
• Experience managing project budgets exceeding €1M, with strong commercial and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including MS Project, Smartsheet, and Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments.
• Understanding of technical AV and broadcast systems and construction or fit-out environments.
• Ability to comply with quality management procedures, health and safety protocols, industry regulations, and project documentation requirements.
