TL;DR
Support Engineer (PHP/Web Applications): Managing and maintaining modern web applications, publishing software releases, and providing second-level customer support with an accent on quality assurance, documentation, and web technologies. Focus on testing releases, investigating customer problems, and supporting Joomla and WordPress projects in an international community.

Location: Full-time on-site in Hamburg, Germany

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain modern web applications.
  • Plan and publish software releases.
  • Perform quality assurance through testing, acceptance, and inspection.
  • Provide second-level support for customer problems.
  • Document software projects and collaborate with an international community.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, flexible, independent, and quality-conscious approach.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of DevOps, Node, and Git.
  • Experience with WordPress or Joomla.
