Senior Data Analyst (Databricks)

What you will do

• Support a data management project for a global professional services and technology consulting client.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews to identify business needs.
• Document requirements and support data quality, governance, lineage, and lifecycle activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, governance, lineage, and lifecycle.
• Experience with data integration concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to bridge business and IT.
• English at minimum B2 level with fluent spoken and written communication.
• Own sole proprietorship (OSVČ) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Understanding of cloud-based data solutions such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree.
