Senior IT Analyst (KYC/AML)

Location: Hybrid work from Warszawa, Gdańsk, or Łódź, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,140 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business, regulatory, operational, and customer requirements.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for customer onboarding, due diligence, and compliance solutions.
• Support delivery execution and assess solution readiness.
• Manage dependencies and evaluate change and release impacts.
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, QA, operations, and programme teams.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and process modelling.
• Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with release and change impact analysis, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration concepts, data mapping, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of Pega-based solutions and KYC, AML, customer due diligence, onboarding, periodic reviews, and regulatory change delivery in banking or financial services.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
