Data Analyst (Regulatory & Governance) (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Łódź, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

Salary: 500–800 PLN per day on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Analyse and consolidate data from sourcing, contracts, ICT services, risk, and other internal systems.
• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data models for DORA Register of Information reporting.
• Collaborate with sourcing, risk, IT, legal, and compliance stakeholders to ensure data consistency and regulatory alignment.
• Identify data-quality issues, gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, then coordinate remediation actions.
• Own key ROI datasets and maintain their accuracy throughout business-as-usual operations.
• Establish data-quality controls, governance measures, documentation, indicators, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Understanding of regulatory environments, preferably DORA, ICT risk, operational resilience, or related financial regulations.
• Experience with data quality, data governance, process design, documentation, control frameworks, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, and ownership skills.
• Experience with Excel and data-management or visualisation tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Łódź, Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of third-party risk management, vendor governance, sourcing, or contract management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms.
