Business Risk Analyst (KYC)

Location: Poznań, Poland. Hybrid work is available, with the possibility of full remote work for employees living 50 km or more from Poznań.

What you will do

• Prepare regular Business Risk operational reports focused on KYC performance metrics and scope analysis.
• Analyze key metrics, large datasets, trends, anomalies, and business impacts.
• Create structured diagrams to explain complex scenarios to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Risk and cross-divisional teams to gather and validate data.
• Track performance, support strategic decisions, and recommend data-driven reporting improvements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, investigative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization.
• Experience with Power Query and the ability to interpret statistical trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Understanding of business processes in KYC environments.
• Experience with Alteryx, Python, or similar tools for advanced analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
