IT Specialist (AI Security)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; onsite office role

hirify.global is building an AI Security and Governance Platform that provides visibility and protection across the AI and LLM lifecycle.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, permissions, devices, and equipment.
• Administer identity, access, endpoint, and SaaS systems including Okta, Kandji, 1Password, Google Workspace, and CrowdStrike.
• Maintain office networking, conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, printers, workstations, and related technology.
• Improve recurring IT processes through scripting, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong experience supporting macOS environments and administering Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, or JumpCloud.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
• Working knowledge of VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
• Strong troubleshooting, independent problem-solving, communication, and service-oriented support skills.

Nice to have

• Information security background or experience.
• Scripting and automation experience, with an interest in using AI to improve IT operations.
