IT Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own global IT operations, infrastructure, endpoints, hardware, and day-to-day IT support.
• Manage IT budgeting, CAPEX planning, procurement, technology investments, and vendors.
• Design and deploy AV, conference-room, and hybrid meeting solutions across global offices.
• Administer Okta and Google Workspace, including user lifecycle, access, SSO, MFA, policies, organizational units, DLP, and licensing.
• Implement IT security controls, conduct access reviews, manage security incidents, and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Establish IT policies, standards, and scalable processes for a global organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a senior IT role, ideally in a global technology company.
• End-to-end ownership of IT operations, infrastructure, support, procurement, and vendor management.
• Hands-on Okta administration experience, including SSO, MFA, Workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Strong Google Workspace Super Admin experience with policies, organizational units, DLP, and licensing.
• Experience managing IT CAPEX budgets, procurement, networking fundamentals, endpoint security, access control, patch management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills and the ability to work across global time zones.
