What you will do

• Lead the IT function and manage the professional development of one IT team member.
• Provide hands-on IT operations and support for employees in Israel and the US across onboarding, ongoing support, and offboarding.
• Own office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, systems, applications, and cloud-based services.
• Lead technology projects including office setups, implementations, system integrations, standardization, and process improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Improve the security posture and support ISO and SOC compliance and renewal processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including experience leading or managing an IT function or team.
• Previous people management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop IT team members.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace, plus experience managing cloud services and SaaS applications.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access management, security best practices, IT projects, and external vendors.
• Fluent English required. Flexible working hours may be needed.
