Staff Product Manager (ML Foundations and GenAI)

Location: Remote in the United States, or office-based in New York, Seattle, or South San Francisco. Office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of each month in the local office or with users; remote employees regularly work from home.

Salary: $214,300–$321,500 annual US base salary, plus potential equity, bonuses, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute Stripe-wide strategies for new ML and AI applications across the product suite.
• Evaluate and align investment priorities for ML and AI applications with product leaders across the company.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing roadmaps and launching successful ML and AI products.
• Advance Stripe’s ML and AI infrastructure, tooling, and support capabilities.
• Communicate with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering successful and innovative software products powered by machine learning.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and applied AI technology stacks.
• Experience influencing company-level strategy and working with business leaders on transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
• Experience working with both first-party and third-party products, with a strong focus on product quality and user trust.
