Regional Lead (Project Lifecycle Operations)

Location: Europe; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Lead the Europe Project Setup team, balancing workload, developing capability, and maintaining consistent service levels across markets.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from setup through backlog management, forecasting, invoicing, and cash collection.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex commercial arrangements, project lifecycle issues, and Partner enquiries.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Controllership, Talent Management, and Technology teams on revenue treatment and operational controls.
• Redesign and standardize project lifecycle processes, reducing manual effort through AI, ERP capabilities, and workflow automation.
• Own the regional roadmap for project lifecycle systems and use operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior experience in project lifecycle management, revenue control, or finance operations leadership within professional services.
• Strong understanding of work in progress, billing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and cash collection.
• Commercial judgment and ability to interpret complex contracts and influence senior stakeholders and Partners.
• Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives and analyzing complex operational or financial information.
• Fluent English required; the role is based across Europe and requires at least three office or client-site days per week.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI or workflow automation in finance or operational processes.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and project lifecycle platforms; Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Additional European language skills.
