IT Program Manager Data

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a complex, cross-border data transformation program from mobilization through implementation and benefits realization.
• Define and maintain the integrated roadmap, milestones, dependencies, critical path and sequencing across multiple workstreams.
• Lead initiatives covering data platforms, migration, governance, master data, BI and analytics consolidation.
• Align architecture, data engineering, IT delivery, business change and executive stakeholders around priorities, scope and measurable business value.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and program governance reporting.
• Lead a matrixed multidisciplinary team and manage external technology and implementation partners, including vendor selection and contract performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 10–15 years of experience managing complex IT and business transformation programs.
• Recent hands-on experience leading large-scale data transformation programs involving data platforms, migration, governance and BI or analytics.
• Understanding of modern data architectures, including lakehouse or medallion architectures, data governance and cloud enablement.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream, cross-border programs in international, fragmented and multi-ERP environments.
• Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets, external delivery partners, executive stakeholders and matrixed teams; proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical distribution or another regulated industry.
• Dutch and/or German language skills.
• MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or PMI certification.
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum or another scaled agile delivery methodology.
