Client Experience Associate (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Deliver customer service that supports financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process customer interactions and educate clients on available transaction and banking options.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and support proactive sales conversations through service-to-sales and outbound interactions.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately while following policies, procedures, and risk-management requirements.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or equivalent education, certification, and experience.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer needs, digital tools, and fraud detection and prevention.
• The position is performed in-office in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Fluency in Spanish or Spanish-speaking ability.
