Salary: $137,500–$192,500 total cash range, with potential pay up to $220,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research and implementation of scalable machine learning and data science solutions for customer lifetime value prediction.
• Apply causal analysis to identify customer value drivers and improve prediction using marketing, service, and product signals.
• Design and execute back-testing approaches to validate models during development and in production.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
• Convert ambiguous business requirements into structured, data-driven solutions and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, pricing, and customer service teams.
• Contribute to machine learning research and strengthen data science practices across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, operations research, econometrics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent project or research experience.
• Hands-on experience building large-scale prediction models with advanced deep learning technologies, including transformer models.
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach focused on scalable and effective methods.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively to diverse technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with Spark.
• Experience developing end-to-end machine learning solutions.
• Experience or interest in AI techniques, including large language models.
