Senior Manager, Breach Assessment

What you will do

• Lead the breach assessment function and coach a high-performhirify.global team of specialists.
• Oversee intake, triage, investigation governance, and breach determination processes.
• Ensure potential regulatory breaches and reportable situations are assessed and reported on time.
• Review assessments for factual accuracy, robust analysis, and regulatory defensibility.
• Monitor reporthirify.global deadlines, investigation progress, and remediation outcomes.
• Present reporthirify.global and recommendations to senior leadership, executive committees, governance forums, and regulators.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in breach assessment or incident management.
• Proven leadership experience within a compliance function overseehirify.global breach assessments, incident management, regulatory reporthirify.global, or similar high-risk decision-makhirify.global activities.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC reportable situations, AFSL/ACL obligations, APRA breach notification and prudential standards, and Bankhirify.global Code breach reporthirify.global.
• Experience assesshirify.global complex regulatory matters, applyhirify.global significance tests, and preparhirify.global regulator-fachirify.global submissions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influenchirify.global, analytical, decision-makhirify.global, problem-solvhirify.global, and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex challenges ushirify.global sound judgment.
